A Brief History
After more than a year of preparation which included a facilities use study (Hoffman), the Northern Ozaukee School District (NOSD) entered into a land exchange with Regency Hills Development LLC. The District acquired a 10.4 acre parcel in exchange for a 4.6 parcel of land which allowed the developer to build a second roadway into the Village Green development. The agreement specifically protected the District as the developer was not allowed to direct any storm water onto the district property. Several months later, the District agreed to accept storm water from the development in an amendment to the original agreement.
